Have these ready when you call
- Your location, or a landmark nearby (a gas station, mall or church)
- Make, model and color of the car
- Where you want it taken
- Whether the keys are with you and the car rolls freely
What it costs
- Sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, AUVs, vans, pickups
- ₱1,500 for the first 4 km, then ₱200 per km
These are estimates. Dispatch confirms your exact price on the call, before a truck is sent.
Expressway tolls are added to the price. Winching or dollies, if the car needs them, are quoted before the work starts.
Work out your priceWhile you wait
If the car can still roll, get it onto the shoulder or the right-most lane. Turn on your hazard lights and set out your early warning device (the reflective triangle) as far behind the car as you can safely walk.
On a flyover or a road with no shoulder, stay inside with your seatbelt on. Walking along live traffic is more dangerous than waiting. If anyone is hurt, call 911 first, then us.
After you call
Once you agree the price, dispatch sends a truck and texts you a live tracking link so you can see where it is.

It is estimated like any tow, by vehicle class and distance. Dispatch confirms the full price, including any extras, on the call before sending a truck.

Buksan agad ang hazard lights. Kung umaandar pa, itabi sa pinakakanang lane. Kung hindi na, manatili sa loob ng sasakyan at naka-seatbelt. Tawagan kami. Sasabihin namin ang presyo bago umalis ang truck.
