This is a draft that has not had legal review yet. It describes what this site and dispatch do today, and it will be updated after that review.

What we collect

When you call or message dispatch, we record what you tell us to run the job: your name, number, location, vehicle and drop-off. It is stored in Tow Control, our dispatch system.

Messages sent on Viber also pass through Viber, which has its own privacy terms.

If you tap “Text us my location”, your phone asks your permission, and your location goes into the text message you send. This site does not store it.

This site does not use analytics cookies today.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, call or text dispatch on (+63) 949 894 2643.
