What it costs

If the job turns into a tow, dispatch confirms the tow price with you first.

A diesel that ran completely dry can pull air into the fuel line. Some engines need the line bled before they restart, and others clear it after a few tries. Your owner’s manual says which. If it won’t restart, we can tow it to a mechanic on the same call.

Do you deliver fuel on the expressway?
Tell dispatch which expressway and the nearest kilometre post. They will tell you on the call whether a truck can reach you, or whether the expressway’s own patrol is the faster option.
