Many automatics, AWD and 4x4 vehicles should not be towed with their drive wheels on the road, because the transmission or drivetrain can be damaged. Your owner’s manual says how your car should be towed. If you’re not sure, tell dispatch the make and model.
On a flatbed the car is pulled up the tilted deck and strapped down, and it rides the whole way without its wheels turning.

My car is lowered. Can it go on a flatbed?
Usually. Tell dispatch that it’s lowered and roughly how much clearance it has, and they will confirm on the call whether it can be loaded without scraping.
Kailangan ba talaga ng flatbed para sa automatic?
Kadalasan, oo, lalo na kung malayo. Sa maraming automatic, puwedeng masira ang transmission kapag hinila nang umiikot ang gulong. Tingnan ang owner’s manual, o sabihin sa dispatcher ang model.
